Activities have a cost to attend and are sometimes full in accordance with the quota numbers set by a Leader for a particular trip.

In the case of Day Walks, this cost is a small contribution to assist in defraying NPAQ expenses. This is paid to the Leader on the day.

Extended Activities involving camping, buses and other costs, have a budgeted expense (Nomination Fee) to cover those costs, in addition to the small contribution cost referred to above. These are handled by the office in conjunction with the Leader.
