Our Structure

NPAQ has three staff members, one full time, one part time and one casual. The remainder of the work that is completed for the Organisation is undertaken by volunteers. The NPAQ is overseen by a Council, made up of the Executive – President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Treasurer and six Councillors.

  • Council is responsible for creating policy and providing direction
  • The Honorary President is responsible for Chairing the Council and overall supervision
  • Executive Coordinator is responsible to Council for implementation of policies, oversight of issues and general management of the office
  • Hon Secretary is responsible for the Constitution administration and legals
  • Hon Treasurer is responsible for overall finance and investments
  • Activities Treasurer is responsible for activities finances and to Treasure
  • Hon Assistant Secretary works under the direction of the Hon Secretary
